Wicker Furniture Store is confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you are not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange items. A restocking fee of 15% plus any shipping costs incurred will apply.

Return Conditions

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be brand-new, unused, and in the original manufacturer's packaging. All parts, accessories, registration cards, and related documentation must be included to receive credit.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping, you will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred by us in delivering the goods to you.

Documentation Required

  • Images and Videos: We require images and videos of the product in its original box, along with any accompanying documentation, for processing returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Customized, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be returned due to their unique nature.

Return Shipping

  • Insured Shipping: Use an insured shipper to return your merchandise. Wicker Furniture Store advises insuring your shipment as we are not liable for loss or damage of returned items. Insure the shipment for the purchase price.
  • Damage in Transit: If a return is damaged in transit, we will contact you immediately so you can file a claim with your shipping provider.
