Damage Policy

Delivery Location: Depending on accessibility, drivers will deliver to the front of your property only.
Post-Delivery: Once your order is unloaded, the shipping firm will not unpack or move it. Please have any necessary assistance ready at the time of delivery.

Immediate Inspection: Examine all pallets, containers, and shipments upon delivery.
Reporting Damage: If any item is damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and accept the shipment. If you cannot fully inspect the items while the driver is present, write "Pending inspection for possible damage" on the receipt.
Documentation: Send photos and videos of any damaged or missing items to info@wickerfurniturestore.com.au within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no liability accepted for faults, damage, or missing items.

Post-Signing Liability: Once the shipment is signed for as "good," the shipping insurance is void. Wicker Furniture Store will not be held liable for any damage found after the consignee has signed the bill of lading, unless noted otherwise on the delivery receipt.
Non-Signature Deliveries: For items left at your door without requiring a signature, report any damages within 24 hours. After 24 hours, it is your responsibility to submit a claim to the carrier.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns. Do not return purchases to the merchant directly.
Authority to Leave (ATL) Option: If you select the ATL option, we cannot be held liable for any product missing from your premises after delivery, and no warranty claims can be made.
Replacement Parts and Costs: Wicker Furniture Store is not responsible for replacement parts if the guidelines above are not followed. Installation and equipment charges are non-refundable.
